Baku. Nijat Mustafayev – APA-Economics. The worth of project on purchase of petrol stations network in Switzerland by SOCAR makes $ 330 mln, said the SOCAR vice-president on economic issues Suleyman Gasimov.
According to him, $30 mln of this has already been paid. $ 200 mln will be paid from the means to be received from placemen of Eurobonds. Remaining $ 100 mln will be paid from SOCAR internal resources.
The new company will be rebranded during next 6 months and the company will operate under SOCAR brand.
