Aliyev stressed that during his leadership at SOCAR, no illegal construction was carried out on the lands of the company.
“Information on construction of these illegal houses during the period of my activity is wrong. As SOCAR President, I issued order on giving of unnecessary, empty lands to Baku Executive Power. If the lands of SOCAR were given to citizens by municipalities, it does not mean we participated in itâ€, said the Minister.
Note that, about 15,000 cases on illegal houses, built on land plots for industrial purpose allocated for permanent use of SOCAR in Baku city have been prepared and submitted to the court. 2,444 cases on claims have been concluded, so far.
