According to him, this issue was discussed at the meeting of Azerbaijani and Ukrainian presidents in Davos. Consultations must be held at the level of experts to research the possibility of participation of Ukraine.
“We hope that, the experts will support us to clarify this issue. We are ready to consider all combinations for our partners. Energy safety is very important for usâ€, he added.
