Oil transportation via Baku-Jeyhan pipeline rises 10% in March

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev – APA-Economics. In March 2012, 2,698,962 tons of Azeri oil was transported via Baku-Tbilisi-Jeyhan main pipeline, up 10.1% from year earlier.
State Oil Company says 7,927,600 tons of oil were transported via this pipeline during January-March, down 8.1% in comparison to a year earlier. Totally, 183,705,300 tons of oil have been pumped in BTJ since it launched.
Besides, 317,981 tons of Turkmen oil were transported via BTYJ during March.
