Baku. Ali Ahmedov – APA-Economics. Azerbaijan has produced 2.2 bln kVt/hour of power energy in March, up 10% from year earlier, Azerenergy OJSC told APA.
Of this, 2 bln kVt/h was produced from heat-power stations, 0.2 bln Kvt/h – from water power stations. Power energy exchange with Russia, Turkey, Georgia and Iran was continued in March.
Totally, 6.5 bln kVt/h of power energy were produced in the first quarter, up 16% from year earlier.
