Oil products output dips in Azerbaijan

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev â€“ APA-Economics. In January, 2012 Azerbaijan has decreased the production of oil products by 2.3%.

According to State Statistical Committee, gasoline decreased by 15.5% to 90.4 thousand tons, kerosene â€“ by -1.2% to 2.7 thousand tons, diesel fuel â€“ by +3.6% to 204.9 thousand tons, lubricating oil â€“ by -30.7% to 17.8 thousand tons.

As of May 1, 2011, 23% down or 260.4 thousand tons of black oil fuel, down 23% from year earlier, 3.6% upper or 17.500 tons of gasoline, 3.1% upper or 16.400 tons of diesel fuel, 33.3% upper or 2,000 tons of liquid gas, 11.8% upper or 1,900 tons of lubricating oils, 1.8% upper or 5.400 tons of hard coal have been sent to the main consumers.

Note that, totally, gas extraction decreased by 3.6% to 8.4 bcm, oil extraction â€“ by 4.1% to 15.9 mln tons during the four months.

AZN 49.5 mln-finished products were in the storehouses.
