Modern construction materials plant â€œAACâ€ starts operation in Azerbaijan

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. Plant of modern construction materials â€œAACâ€ Â» has started to operate in Azerbaijan. It is a company that erected on the basis of innovative technology and fully meets the latest standards.

Specialist on technological processes of the plant Nail Abasov said that in the Caucasus, this plant was first built in Azerbaijan and is equipped with high-tech manufacturing equipment of famous German company Wehrhahn.

The plant is located on the 47th kilometer of the Baku-Salyan highway in an area of 10 hectares: â€œThis is the place: the factory for the production of cellular concrete with a covered production area of 12 thousand square meters, plant burnt and slaked lime with a covered production area of 6 thousand square meters, plant washing quartz with a production area in 3600 sq.m., which is equipped with modern technological equipment of the British CDE; finished product storage area of 8800 sq. m. and raw materials warehouse area of 4500 square meters, office building area of 1200 square meters, the reservoir of 1500 cubic meters; railway line length of 300 m area for storage and maintenance of vehicles of 5400 sq.m. and other household objects in an area of 2,500 sq.m. Manufacturing plant also includes site development of 15 thousand sq.mâ€.

â€œBasically, it is represented by quartz sand and limestone. The sand is delivered directly to the factory from Umbaki quartz sand deposit in Absheron. Delivery of limestone is realized by railway from a limestone quarry in Gazakh regionâ€..

Director of Department on Marketing and Sales Vugar Hamidov noted that the National Fund for Entrepreneurship Development under the Ministry of Economic Development granted AZN 10 million state preferential credit for the construction of the plant. Currently, production capacity is 600 cubic meters In addition, modern building materials factory â€œAACâ€ daily produces 100 tons of burned and 120 tons of hydrated lime. Manufacturing burnt and slaked lime is built on advanced technology of the Wehrhahn company.
