CASPIAN ENERGY brand estimated from EUR 35 mln up to EUR 50 mln

Caspian Energy International Media Group holds consultations for determining a big international legal firm which will be engaged in valuation of Caspian Energy brand and prevention of its unsanctioned use in Azerbaijan and 49 world countries where the Caspian Energy brand is used at names of exhibitions and conferences, print and electronic Media, hotels and business centers, education institutes, business unions and etc.

Caspian Energy Brand may be used by third parties only through written permission of the editorial staff of Caspian Energy journal (Azerbaijan) and Caspian Energy International Media Group (Great Britain).

The work on protection from unsanctioned use of other brands (Oil&Gas Azerbaijan, Alternative Energy, CEO, Brand Award, First Class, Auto Club, Caspian-European Integration Business Club, Caspian-European Trade Industry Chamber, Caspian-European Forum, etc) that belong to Caspian Energy journal (Azerbaijan) and Caspian Energy International Media Group (Great Britain) is also carried out.

Terms of sale of share participation in Caspian Energy International Media Group will be announced after the valuation of the Caspian Energy brand by an international legal firm. According to a preliminary valuation, Caspian Energy brand is estimated from EUR 35 mln up to EUR 50 mln.
