Khanlar Valiyev will be appointed as a judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan, APA reports.
A proposal regarding this has been submitted to the Milli Majlis (Parliament).
The draft was discussed in the meeting of the Parliamentary Committee on Law Policy and State-Building today and was recommended for the plenary session.
Note that Khanlar Valiyev's term as a military prosecutor has ended.
Judges of the Constitutional Court are appointed by the Milli Majlis upon the proposal of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
