Plenary meetings of the Azerbaijani Parliament (Milli Majlis) have been suspended, head of press service of the parliament Akif Tavakkuloghlu told APA.
Law drafts are primarily discussed at Committees of the Milli Majlis, in accordance with procedure: “After discussion, decision is adopted and drafts are recommended to plenary meetings of Milli Majlis, then they are discussed at the meeting. If committees temporarily suspend the issue of discussion of draft laws, we will later inform about when the plenary meeting of Milli Majlis to be held. When Committes start their work then a plenary meeting will be determined.”
