“But other organizations deal with the solution of this issue. Those institutions have large dossier on the solution of the conflicts unlike chairmanship of Council of Europe. I would like to underline measures taken under the protection of OSCE especially. Naturally, OSCE deals with the solution of Nagorno Karabakh conflict. Moreover, the issue is debated in the framework of UN,†he said.
Mr. Kubish said that he pays special attention to these problems.
