Anar Mammadkhanov: If everything could be solved by shouting, we would have liberated Karabakh

â€œAzerbaijanâ€™s Interior Ministry can negotiate with Armenians in Nagorno Karabakh, since this territory belongs to Azerbaijan. But Foreign Ministryâ€™s negotiating with Armenians in Nagorno Karabakh would not be right,â€ parliamentarian Anar Mammadkhanov told journalists, APA reports. The parliamentarian said he will visit Karabakh, if invited and noted that he has not been offered yet.
â€œBut I can visit Nagorno Karabakh as a public figure, not as a parliamentarian,â€ he said.
Commenting on Armeniansâ€™ visit to Baku, Anar Mammadkhanov said that the main problem is which Armenian visits Baku.
â€œSportsmen came and what happened? Did we sell Karabakh, or did it offend our honor? We are not ashamed when it is necessary. Let Armenians come and see Baku, and envy us. For some reason, we want to beat Armenians in Baku for 20 years. If everything could be solved by shouting, we would have liberated Karabakh,â€ he said.
Anar Mammadkhanov also noted that the Armenians living in Karabakh do not have one-sided approach to Azerbaijan.
â€œWe should not say that all of them are enemies, all want to be independent and hate Azerbaijan. We should involve Armenians having loyal attitude towards Azerbaijan in this process. Sooner or later Azerbaijan should work with them,â€ he said. /APA/
