Ali Hasanov: Authorityâ€™s proposal consists of having democratic, free and just elections

Any parliamentarianâ€™s opinion in Council of Europe canâ€™t be considered the proposal of this organization or any political party memberâ€™s statement canâ€™t be admitted the position of the party, APA reports.
Ali Hasanov, head of social-political department of Presidentâ€™s Office stated while replying to the question on proposal Council of Europe regarding election commissionsâ€™ formation on parity principles.
â€œTo my regret, false information is published in press at present. Real proposals are presented to the authority and the meetings for their debates are held. If such proposals are sounded at the next meetings they will be reviewed. Authorityâ€™s proposal consists of having democratic, free and just elections.
If any proposal serves to it, authority will be ready to accept it. If any proposal makes democratic elections depended on any ambitious organization we will sayâ€ noâ€.
