“Interpol does not try to arrest me or extradite to Azerbaijan. The reports about it are groundless,†ex-speaker Rasul Guliyev, who now lives in the US, told APA.
Chief of National Central Bureau of Interpol in Azerbaijan Mammad Mikayilov had told APA that they are trying to extradite Rasul Guliyev to Azerbaijan.
Rasul Guliyev contacted the agency after Mammad Mikayilov’s statement and said that Azerbaijani law-enforcement bodies often make analogous statements, but the criminal case launched on him is not legal. /APA/
