Sardar Jalaloglu had appealed to European Court of Human Rights against illegal acts of officers of Interior Ministry’s Department to Combat Organized Crimes.
Jalaloglu’s lawyer Fuad Agayev said that the Supreme Court annulled the decisions of Nasimi district court and Appeals Court, which rejected the appeal of ADP chief, and sent it to Nasimi district court for reconsidering. /APA/
