Akif Nagi and 10 more GLO members released

Police officials entered the office of the organization and took them to police station at 11.00 today, as they aimed to disperse protest action that GLO planned in protest against Armenian Interior Minister Hayk Arutunyan’s presence at the meeting of the CIS Council of Interior Ministers.
The police also forced reporters from APA, Trend, Dogan news agencies, ATV and Khural newspapers, who wanted to cover the situation, to get into the bus by the order of colonel lieutenant-official of Narimanov police department who did not introduce himself. This action led to a conflict between the reporters and police officials. The reporters were released in the bus after being kept there for half an hour. GLO members were released one by one at 13.00 and 17.00 and Akif Nagi and the other two members of the organization after having been warned orally. /APA/
