New administrative building of Absheron election constituency inaugurated

Chief of Central Election Commission (CEC) Mazahir Panahov, head of Absheron executive power Zakir Farajov also participated in the ceremony. CEC chief noted that the commission monitored election constituencies last year, and found out that the majority of their buildings are in bad conditions.
â€œWe prepared proposals and reported to the President. After the Presidentâ€™s intervention, working conditions in election constituencies have been improved. A large building is being constructed for CEC,â€ he said.
Mr. Panahov said that new buildings have been constructed for over 60 election constituencies within three months and about 20 election constituencies have been allotted new buildings. The number of rooms increased in other commissions.
Mazahir Panahov noted that all election constituencies will be provided with technical equipment and furniture.
Ribbon of the new building of election constituency was cut and the rooms were reviewed. /APA/
