The President said that all the Presidents have already agreed to attend the summit and called it a happy case. He underlined necessity of Caspian Sea’s being sea of peace, fraternal, tranquility and stressed that all the opportunities have been established for it.
“Caspian Sea is a very good opportunity for establishing friendship and fraternity among the nations living at the coast of the sea, for protecting and developing interests and benefit of nations, strengthening relations and cooperation between the nations. Caspian littoral states’ nations should use this potential,†he said. /APA/
