A place has already been designated for this in one of the beautiful places of Devechi, secretary of Azerbaijani Writers’ Union, people’s artist Fikrat Goja told the APA.
He stated that large area has been allotted for the construction of resorts. These are also intended to be constructed for composers and artists of Azerbaijan. Nearly 100 talents will be able to have a rest in these resorts.
