First vice-speaker Ziyafat Asgarov, Deputy Defense Minister, lieutenant-general Chingiz Mammadov, head of OSCE Office in Baku Jose Luis Herrero Ansola, deputy head of OSCE Office in Baku, Robin Seaword as well as representatives of Interior Troops of Cyprus, Canada, Belgium, US, Great Britain and the Netherlands participated in the two-day meeting organized by OSCE Office in Baku.
Social welfare of servicemen, the problems they face, service context and human rights, protection of armed forces and ensuring main rights of personnel, issues of national concern, corresponding arbiter of justice, ombudsman and parliament, human rights and national security issues were debated at the meting. /APA/
