The text of the technical agreement will be discussed at the meeting to be held in Moscow. G.Jabiyev said that Azeri version of the technical agreement was submitted to the Russian side. They will discuss the version and pass a final decision.
The work on draft agreement was completed at the meeting of the working groups held in Baku yesterday.
The agreement entails airing RTR channel in Azerbaijan on parity basis with broadcasting AzTV state-run channel in Russia.
Moreover, the two sides have undertaken some commitments in the draft project. The commitment entails taking needed measures to prevent the broadcasting of programs that are against territorial integrity, national interest, and sovereignty of the countries where they would be aired./APA/
