The working group composed of Foreign Ministry, Justice Ministry and State Oil Company experts will have negotiations on Caspian’s status with the relevant working group headed by Deputy Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan, President’s representative on Caspian’s affairs Khoshgaldi Babayev.
Azerbaijan reached an agreement on Caspian’s status with Russia and Kazakhstan and signed related documents.
As there is divergence with other littoral states, Iran and Turkmenistan, no documents have been signed these states.
Bilateral agreements form basis for adopting Convention on the Caspian’s status. The delegation will return to Baku on July 21. /APA/
