Human Rights Watch executive director: My remarks on the meeting with Ramiz Mehdiyev has been misinterpreted

Kenneth Roth, Executive Director of Human Rights Watch international human rights organization said that that his remarks about the meeting with head of Presidentâ€™s Office Ramiz Mehdiyev on his saying that he would give recommendation to the head of state for pardoning imprisoned journalists, which was refuted later by Presidentâ€™s Office was misinterpreted, Mr Roth said in a press conference he held today, APA reports.
He said that refutation of his opinions by Presidentâ€™s Office is due to misinterpretation of his remarks. /APA/
