“Azerbaijani Popular Front Party’s leaving ADP’s office is an emotional decision. They should not have left the office for the provocation in the newspaper as they have no their own office and normal working conditions,” Azerbaijan Democrat Party (ADP) chief Serdar Jalaloglu told the APA. He said that they did their best so that they could be at their ease in ADP office and regretted the event.
“Unfortunately, they played on emotions of APFP members. They were obliged to take a step contradicting their interests. We tried to solve this problem. Gurban Mammadov apologized to them for the provocation, said the article is a provocation. The picture was placed in the newspaper not in the editorial office but in the printing house. The editor did not about it. APFP demanded the editor to be dismissed. Gurban Mammadov temporarily dismissed the editor. But later did not fulfil their demand due to the paper’s activity. We tried to support the political power undergoing pressure. This is he second time we allow APFP place in our office,” he said. /APA/
