Council of Europe to hold conference on â€˜frozen conflictsâ€

Parliamentary Assembly of Council of Europe (PACE) will hold a large conference on â€œfrozenâ€ conflicts in Berlin in November, 2007, Samad Seyidov, head of Azerbaijani Parliamentary delegation to PACE told the APA.
He stated that the conference will bring together senior officials, parliamentarians, and experts from Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Russia and other countries will be invited to the conference.
â€œWe have already got acquainted with the issues of the agenda and the list of the invitees. The event has been organized in balanced form from organizing point of view. We support this conference. I regard that this conference of the CE will be a grand event,â€ he said. /APA/
