“There are not so many appeals from Azerbaijan unlike other countries But, there are enough number of complaints coming. I can’t refer to any exact number but I can say we have already received many appeals,” the European Court of Human Rights President Jean-Paul Costa told APA Bureau.
He added that the main problem with appeals from Azerbaijan and other new members of the Convention is lack of knowledge about the procedure.
“More cases from Georgia are considered now. Many requests against this country have been considered. They don’t know our system and rule of procedure in Azerbaijan,” he noted. /APA/
