The meeting chaired by Turkish Foreign Minister Abdullah Gul in Chiragan palace lasted for about two hours. It brought together Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan, Russia, Georgia, Albania, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Moldova and Armenia. The Foreign Ministers agreed the declaration of the summit of BSECO heads of state. The declaration will be adopted at the end of the summit.
Besides Abdullah Gul, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov, Armenian Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanian and BSECO Secretary General Leonidas Chrysanthopoulos addressed the meeting. /APA/
