Khalaf Khalafov: Azerbaijan supports complex solution of Caspianâ€™s security problem

â€œEnsuring security in the Caspian Sea is a great factor from the aspect of ensuring security in the entire region and we attach great importance to the problem,â€ Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov told the press conference, APA reports.
He said Azerbaijan supports solution of the problem of Caspianâ€™s security in a complex way.
â€œThere are various projects in this context. KASFOR project is one of them. All these will be debated in future. We will try to work out common principles of these issues in the draft convention so that the agreements can ensure regional security in the Caspian Sea. Azerbaijan wants stability, peace, cooperation in the Caspian Sea. Our country is one of the first states establishing international cooperation in the Caspian Sea. Security issues should be ensured in order to preserve this cooperation and investment atmosphere,â€ he said. /APA/
