State employees to be evaluated in Azerbaijan

State employeesâ€™ service activity in Azerbaijan will be evaluated by the end of the year, chairman of Commission for State Service at the President Bahram Khalilov told journalists, APA reports.
The preparation of evaluation procedures and forms are about to finish. Evaluation rules will also be presented to corresponding state bodies for publicizing reference and proposals. Mr.Khalilov saying that state employeesâ€™ service activity is appreciated in the whole world stated that this innovation will be constructive process.
â€œAppreciation is held for removing shortcomings in the works of state employees, involving them to training. Following this, we want to define the directions of state employeeâ€™s development,â€ he said.
Mr.Khalilov stated that after the rules are affirmed, leadership will appreciate the work of state employee at every year end.
Therefore, state employee will fill appreciation blanks and person who carries out appreciation will add there his references and notes. /APA/
