Azerbaijan and Latvia signed an agreement on cooperating within the framework of Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE). Latvian Parliament established a friendship group. It includes 37 MPs from the parliaments of the two countries.
Minister of Defense Atis Slakteris is also expected to visit Azerbaijan this year. /APA/
