Caspian statesâ€™ foreign ministers adopt final declaration in Tehran

The declaration says that the ministers debated on the legal status of the Caspian Sea and there is some improvement in this sphere.
The foreign ministers highly appreciated the deputy foreign ministersâ€™ preparing Caspian Convention and underlined the necessity of continuing the process.
The foreign ministers concluding the declaration highly appreciated Tehran convention covering the solution of ecological problems of the basin and considered it necessary to prepare additional protocols to the convention. /APA/
