Romaniaâ€™s President supports establishing energy market in the Caspian-Black sea region, Romanian President Trian Basescu said after returning from GUAM Baku summit, APA East Europe bureau reports.
â€œAll the four members of GUAM are the countries either producing energy or transit countries. Therefore, the organization has to become an organization able to solve the problem of alternative energy provision of member states,â€ he said. /APA/
