“The village of Mishin of Lachin region is one of the occupied territories of Azerbaijan. Norway regrets it and hopes that Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity will soon be ensured,†Norwegian ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to Azerbaijan Johan Ramberg said while presenting the houses in the newly-built settlements for IDPs.
Mr. Ramberg said that Norway recognizes Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity and hopes that the negotiations in the framework of OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs will end successfully. He added that the conflict troubles the entire region.
“I believe that the negotiations will end in the framework of the countries’ territorial integrity. It means people’s returning to their native lands. The solution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict will have a positive influence on all peoples of the region,†the ambassador said. /APA/
