Georgian, Ukrainian, Polish, Lithuanian presidents, Bulgarian vice-president and Moldovan Prime Minister Vasili Tarlev to attend GUAM summit in Baku

The presidents are scheduled to have several bilateral meetings within the summit.
Georgian state office told the APA’s local bureau Georgian delegation includes Foreign Minister Gela Bejuashvili, Energy Minister Nikoloz Gilauri, Science and Education Minister Alexander Lomaia, Minister of Culture, Protection of Monuments and Sport Georgi Gabashvili, chief of the Border Police Badri Bisadze and other officials.
Mikhail Saakashvili is scheduled to meet with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Polish President Lech Kaczyński and Lithuanian President Valdas Adamkus toady.
Georgian state office did not rule out that the details of Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway project will be debated in Baku.
The summit will end with scientific-practical conference “GUAM in the region and in the world”.
Ukrainian President Victor Yushchenko will today have bilateral negotiations with President Ilham Aliyev, President Valdas Adamkus and President Lech Kaczyński and also attend the GUAM-Poland meeting.
Mr.Yushchenko will tomorrow address the plenary session of the summit.
At the end of the summit Ukrainian, Azerbaijani, Georgian Presidents and Moldovan Prime Minister will sign Baku declaration and hold a press conference.
Ukrainian President is accompanied by chairman of State Customs Service Alexander Yegorov, chief of State Border Service Nikolay Litvin, chief of State Committee on Nuclear Regulations Yelena Mikolaychuk, deputy chief of President’s Secretariat Alexander Chaliy and Emergencies Minister Nestor Shufrich.
Polish President Lech Kaczynsky will have private meetings with President Ilham Aliyev, President Mikhail Saakashvili, President Valdas Adamkus, Viktor Yushchenko and Moldovan Prime Minister Vasili Tarlev. Polish Embassy told the APA Poland-GUAM meeting will also be held within the framework of the summit today, joint statement is expected to be concluded between the mentioned country and the organization.
Lithuanian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Kestutis Kudzmanas told the APA that Lithuanian President Valdas Adamkus will attend GUAM plenary session and have several meetings within his two-day visit. The President will today meet with Azerbaijani counterpart Ilham Aliyev, President Mikhail Saakashvili, President Victor Yushchenko and President Lech Kaczyńsky. The delegation headed by Valdas Adamkus includes deputy foreign minister Laymanas Talam Kelita. He will meet with officials of Azerbaijani foreign ministry.
Romanian President Trian Basescu will tomorrow arrive in Baku. /APA/
