Karabakh Advisory Council to set up

Karabakh forum was held on the initiative of nine organizations and men, APA reports. State of the Nagorno Karabakh was debated at the forum, the participants took a stance on the idea of referendum and exchanged views on establishing coordination and advisory body regarding Nagorno Karabakh.
Chief of Karabakh Liberation Organization Akif Nagi offered to establish a body Karabakh Advisory Council that will unite political parties connected with the Nagorno Karabakh conflict.
Parliamentarian Panah Huseyn offered to address to the parliament and president.
â€œOpen discussion of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict should be organized in the parliament. Military law should be imposed in the country and military operations should start for liberation of the occupied territories. I think that all political organizations of the country will support this proposal,â€ he said.
Leader of Musavat Party Isa Gambar accused international organizations of unscrupulousness.
â€œThe problem of Nagorno Karabakh reached a deadlock. International organizations are not insistent on the settlement of the conflict,â€ he said.
Chairman of Azerbaijan Popular Front Party Ali Kerimli said that the principles offered by OSCE Minsk Group are offensive for Azerbaijan. He wanted the government to reject these principles.
Leader of Azerbaijan National Independence Party (ANIP) Etibar Mammadov considered it necessary to publicize the principles debated during the negotiations.
â€œThough socio-political; organizations can not intervene in the negotiations as they are held on the official level, we can express our position,â€ he said.
Chairman of United Azerbaijan Popular Front Party Gudret Hasanguliyev said that a certain period of time should be set up for the mediators.
The issue on establishing Karabakh Advisory Council was debated at the end of the forum. The participants reached an agreement on establishing the council. /APA/
