Bahram Khalilov: Employment without interviewing may create favorable ground for corruption

57 candidates were presented for holding post to corresponding bodies. 30 of them were appointed to the posts and one rejected the offered post. 12 applicants failed to be employed as they wished to take the same posts.
The Commission chairman said new competition will be staged for vacancies. â€œWe do not aim to fill vacancies.â€
Bahram Khalilov said preferring unfilled vacancies for unfit candidates. Speaking on the competition for 200 vacancies for which application process lasted from April 23 to June 5, Bahram Khaliov said 910 candidates were registered there. The first stage â€“ multiple choice exams will take place on June 23. Reminding of the amendments introduced to â€œLaw on state Serviceâ€ he said State Service Commission will form evaluation according to them. â€œEvaluation is not attestationâ€. Commission chairman said if the evaluation is implemented fully there will be no need for attestation. â€œAt the present time, Commission is carrying out activities on drafting normative legal acts. Mr. Khaliov said the employment for all state body vacancies through examination. According to him, recruitment without interviewing is to be assessed as a case creating a favorable ground for corruption. /APA/
