Sardar Jalaloghlu: European Courtâ€™s decision is still not implemented

European Human Rights Courtâ€™s verdict on granting Azerbaijan Democratic Partyâ€™s chairman Sardar Jalaloghlu euro 10 thousand is not implemented. Sardar Jalaloghlu told APA that some time ago court representatives presented his bank account to the government. Party chairman said the verdict of European Court came into force on April 11.
According to him, after three months from the time the verdict comes into force. â€œIn another case, the verdict presupposes penal. If the penal is not paid the percents of European Bank is added on the first penalâ€. Sardar Jalaloghlu said if the payment is not paid the government will have to pay 2-3 thousand euro each month./APA/
