Musavat Party proposes cancellation of Gabala radar station

Today opposition Musavat Party held next meeting, Partyâ€™s press service told the APA.
Interparty situation, socio-political condition and current issues were debated at the meeting. Musavat Assembly decided to hold next meeting on June 30. The Party criticized the decision of Mayorâ€™s Office not allowing the journalists to hold rally in the fixed place scheduled for June 12. They also stated that Musavat Partyâ€™s rally scheduled for May 27 was also changed.
The Justice Party also debated Russian President Vladimir Putinâ€™s proposal on the joint use of Gabala radar station with the US during the summit of the G8. The Party says that the real variant is the cancellation of the radar system. Musavat finds necessary the participation of Azerbaijan in the negotiations carried out between Russia and the US regarding the Gabala radar station. /APA/
