Elmar Mammadyarov: Both Defense and Foreign Ministries could have its opinion on US use of radar system in Azerbaijan

â€œVladimir Putin proposed to use radar rented by Russia in Azerbaijan as part of a joint missile defense effort only by Azerbaijanâ€™s approbation and Washington called the proposal interesting move. But this proposal needs experts, military men to work on it. Both Defense and Foreign Ministries should report on itâ€.
Azerbaijani Minister also answered the question on possible effect of the US use of Gabala radar station on Karabakh conflictâ€™s settlement. I would not connect these two events. The proposal was sounded and it is not known how this offer will be fulfilled. Technical, political, financial, economical, ecological issues should find its solution before the US use of the Gabala radar system,â€ the Minister said. /APA/
