Deputy Chief, executive secretary of ruling YAP (New Azerbaijan Party) Ali Ahmadov today received ambassador of Cuba to Russia and Azerbaijan Jorge Marti Martinez, the party’s press service told the APA.
They exchanged views on current state and prospects of relations between Cuba and Azerbaijan.
The ambassador noted that official Cuba supports Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity and is interested in establishing and extending economic relations between the two countries.
The sides debated a number of issues of mutual of interest.
Deputies of YAP executive secretary Siyavush Novruzov and Mubariz Gurbanli also participated at the meeting. /APA/
