“Azadliq alliance will participate in the rally of journalists to be held in Nizami district’s territory on June 12 despite its decision not to attend mass actions held out of city centreâ€, Azadliq alliance’s co chair Ali Aliyev told APA.
According to him, the decision to join the journalists’ rally was made in the meeting of the leaders of alliance. “This action was decided by the Union of Editors. So if we attend the rally it should not be understood that we agree to Baku Mayor’s Office’s position. We insist on our previous demands about place for the rally in the center of the cityâ€. Ali Aliyev also said Organizing Committee was established on rally and Azadliq alliance was represented there. /APA/
