The point is that one of the member states –Moldova offered to suspend the discussion on the issue as it is not yet ready for that process, Ukrainian Defense Ministry International Relations Department’s chief Ivan Androsenko told APA. He said negotiations are being held to organize the next meeting of GUAM member states on military technical cooperation. “We hope the meeting will be held on the eve of Baku summitâ€.
According to Ivan Androseno, the issue of establishing GUAM peacekeeping forces may be discussed at Baku summit if Defense Ministries are ready for that. /APA/
