PACE President: I hope Azerbaijan will further continue to carry out reforms

The president first commented on the situation of human rights and democracy in Europe. He reported that Ukrainian Prime Minister Victor Yanukovich will make speech at the meeting.
Commenting on honoring of obligations and commitments by Azerbaijan, RenÃ© van der Linden appreciated the report drawn up by the co-rapporteurs of the Monitoring Committee.
â€œThe report shows that Azerbaijanâ€™s has achieved a significant progress in a number of fields. Thatâ€™s very good. I consider that Azerbaijani delegation is ready to cooperate with PACE and COE. The delegation supports the co-rapporteurs, answer their questions and hold meetings. I hope Azerbaijan will further continue to carry out reforms,â€ he said. /APA/
