Russia may respond to the use of British Storm Shadow cruise missiles by striking any British military target in Ukraine and beyond, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said at a briefing, APA reports.
“All the actions of the British government, as they say, are aimed at a single goal — inflicting a strategic defeat on our country. This is doomed to failure,” Zakharova said.
The Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson called on Britain to abandon its “hostile approach that risks taking the conflict to an entirely new level.”
