Baku. Vahab Rzayev – APA-Economics. On August 4, Dow Jones indexes rose 0.4% to 10.680 on the US markets, S&P 500 – 0.6% to 1.127, Nasdaq – 0.9% to 2 304. According to APA-Economics, positive macroeconomic indications caused share quotation rise. 42 000 new jobs were created in the private sector. Business activity in the field of services rose 0.5 to 54.3 in July, but economists expected this figure to fall to 53.

These factors had an effect on the European markets too. FTSE 1000 index fell 0.2% to 5 386, French CAC 40 rose 0.4% to 3 761, German DAX rose 0.4% to 6 331 on the European stock markets on August 4.

NYMEX gold delivery rose 0.7% to $1 195,9.

Euro-USD Exchange rate was 1, 3150 (-0.5%) in the world market.
