The placement of next bulk of the Azerbaijan Mortgage Fundâ€™s bonds starts

Baku. Vahab Rzayev â€“ APA-Economics. Starting from May 03, 2010 the next auction of interest-bearing registered unsecured bonds of â€œAzerbaijan Mortgage Fundâ€ (AMF) will start in Baku Stock Exchange (BSE).

The volume of offering will be 5,000,000 AZN. According to the prospectus the offering will be held through public offering at Baku Stock Exchange CJSC. The bonds will be offered at price of 102.9282.

The maturity date is December 11, 2019. In case the orders exceed offering, all of the orders will be filled proportionally. Central Bank of Azerbaijan Republic is the initial organizer of bondsâ€™ placement.

The placement of the second issues bonds has started from February 01, 2010. So far the total amount of 23 000 000 AZN was offered and fully placed.

The persons willing to buy these bonds may apply to the licensed and BSE-member organizations.

The prospectus of the placement can be found in â€œIssuersâ€ section of BSE web-site (www.bfb.az).

The State Committee for Securities registered the issue prospectus on December 30, 2009. The total volume of offering is 75,000,000 AZN and the coupon rate is 3.25%.
According to the prospectus, the offering will be held publicly.
