The United States, Japan, and South Korea issued a joint statement to condemn North Korea's supply of military equipment and ammunition to Russia, APA reports citing Teletrader.
According to the document, "arms transfers to or from DPRK and transfer of certain items and technical cooperation related to the DPRK's weapons of mass destruction, ballistic missile, or conventional weapons programs" disrupt several UN Security Council guidelines.
Furthermore, all three countries expressed distress about transfers of nuclear or ballistic missile technology to North Korea as endangering ongoing attempts to stabilize the region.
