Reports that the Turkish army has withdrawn from the “Peace Spring” area do not reflect reality, APA’s Türkiye bureau reports, citing Türkiye’s Ministry of National Defense.
It was noted that the Turkish Armed Forces continue their coordinated activities with the Syrian government.
“Reports that the Turkish Armed Forces have withdrawn from some areas in the ‘Peace Spring’ zone are not true. The Turkish army continues its coordinated activities in the region with the Syrian government,” the statement said.
