Parties to the conflict in Ukraine must act responsibly, preventing actions that could lead to destabilization in the Black Sea basin. This was stated in a statement by the National Security Council (NSC) of Türkiye following a meeting chaired by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
"At the NSC meeting, an assessment was made of the current situation in the war between Russia and Ukraine. It was reiterated that all parties must act responsibly to ensure its consequences do not undermine stability in the Black Sea," according to a document distributed by the Turkish leader's communications department.
