The militants of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) have refused to leave the Sheikh Maqsud neighborhood of Aleppo, contrary to the agreement reached, APA reports, citing the SANA agency.
According to sources, the SDF militants opened fire on security forces trying to remove them from the area. The buses sent to evacuate the militants left the empty area.
According to the information, the SDF members are threatening civilians who want to leave the area to stop them.
It should be noted that the Syrian Ministry of Defense announced that a ceasefire has been declared in the areas of Aleppo held by the Syrian Democratic Forces.
It should be noted that the time given to the SDF has already expired. The Syrian army has started bombing PKK/YPG positions to ensure the territorial integrity of the country.
The number of civilians killed in clashes between the SDF and the Syrian army in Aleppo has reached 21, and 55 people have been injured.
More than 100,000 people have fled the Sheikh Maqsud and Ashrafiya neighborhoods where fighting is taking place.
